Delivery methods

Articles are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer when placing his/her order.

The Buyer will check goods' packaging at delivery and inform the carrier of possible damages, expressed by handwritten reserves on the delivery slip followed by the Buyer's signature.

Delivery costs

Shipping costs are specified when the Buyer finalizes the order. There are no shipping costs for Belgium and The Netherlands. For other countries, the said costs may vary depending on the geographic zone of delivery. They may not be disputed by the Buyer as he/she has necessarily been informed thereof at order payment.

Delivery deadlines

All orders are processed when received, or on the next working day day at the latest. Articles are delivered in Belgium by Bpost between 2 and 10 days after order confirmation depending on the delivery address; the specified delivery deadline is for information purposes only. Possible delays do not open rights to compensation nor refund. This also applies to replacements (size, color, style, etc.) requested and agreed by the Buyer.

Articles that are delivered outside of Belgium will have a longer transport deadline. For international deliveries, additional taxes and/or costs may have to be paid by the Buyer when picking-up his/her article.

RETURNS

The Buyer is entitled to inform LOLO the ballerina that he/she is cancelling the purchase, without penalties and without providing reasons, within 14 calendar days. The return needs to be at the LOLO address within 10 working days. Both of the said timeframes, start on the delivery date. The Buyer will return the ordered articles at the latter's expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original undamaged packaging. If the original packaging arrives damaged due to the negligence of the Buyer, a fee of 5EUR will be deducted from a refund. Trying LOLOs on must be performed on a carpeted surface to avoid any kinds of scratches.

Products purchased during sales are not subject to refunds or exchanges.

Return Shipment

The Buyer will return the ordered articles at their own expense.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through a form listed above will not be accepted.

Returns from outside the EU

Important: If you are making a return from the US we strongly advise using DHL Express as your carrier. This way you can avoid possible double taxation.

LOLO Ballerina does not have the obligation to pay taxes for returning items. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inform themselves how to avoid taxes while sending a return.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
