Our website is a brand of the company LOLO BV



The Buyer places his/her order on, using the specified procedure. Automatic registration systems are deemed as evidencing the order type, content and date.

Online order confirmation constitutes an electronic signature which has the same legal value as a handwritten signature between LOLO Ballerina and the Buyer.

The sale will only go through once LOLO Ballerina has confirmed the order. LOLO Ballerina reserves the possibility of not confirming an order for any reason whatsoever, in particular due to product supplies, a problem with the order (e.g.: an order for an unusual quantity or amount) or a foreseeable delivery problem. LOLO Ballerina will inform the Buyer using any means. Any new order will only be taken into account further to the Buyer's correct payment of amounts possibly outstanding from previous orders.



Prices are expressed in Euros and are only valid on the date of order. LOLO Ballerina may modify article prices at any time. Only the price displayed on is authoritative between the parties.

The displayed price does not include delivery costs.



To pay an order, the Buyer can use the payment methods specified when placing an order. 

Online payment enables the Buyer to pay his/her order using a bank server in a secured environment (https protocol and encryption key). The order validated by the Buyer will only be considered as definitive once the bank payment centre has validated the transaction.

LOLO Ballerina reserves the right to cancel or suspend any order and/or delivery in the event of credit card payment authorization refusal by the Buyer's bank or if a commercial dispute exists with the Buyer.



Shipping costs are specified when the Buyer finalizes the order. The said costs may vary depending on the geographic zone of delivery. They may not be disputed by the Buyer as he/she has necessarily been informed thereof at order payment.



All orders are processed when received, or on the next working day day at the latest. Articles are delivered in Belgium by Bpost or UPS within 52 days after confirmation; the specified delivery deadline is for information purposes only. Possible delays do not open rights to compensation.

Articles that are delivered outside of Belgium will have a longer transport deadline. For international deliveries, additional taxes and/or costs may have to be paid by the Buyer when picking-up his/her article.



Articles are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer when placing his/her order.

The Buyer will check goods' packaging at delivery and inform the carrier of possible damages, expressed by handwritten reserves on the delivery slip followed by the Buyer's signature.

The products will be sent to the delivery address which the buyer indicates during the Order process. The buyer is responsible for settling the costs of delivery and any charges imposed by the customs. LOLO Ballerina ships parcels worldwide.    In case of absence at the  address  given by the buyer, s/he will receive a notice of the attempted delivery from the shipper. It will then be up to the buyer to contact the courier to agree upon a new delivery date; the buyer can also possibly collect the package from the courier's nearest depot within fourteen (14) days. In case the package is not picked up by the buyer or the address given by the buyer is faulty, it is no longer  the  seller's responsibility.  From this moment  on refunds  are no longer applicable , but the seller can send the package again  at the cost of the buyer.



The Buyer is entitled to inform LOLO Ballerina that he/she is cancelling the purchase, without penalties and without providing reasons, within 8 calendar days. The return needs to be at the LOLO Ballerina's address within 10 working days. Both of the said timeframe, start on the delivery date.

All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.

Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

The colour of the insole may differ from the one online and is not considered a defect.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.

All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.

Our laces offer adjustable and customizable fitting for your feet. They can be tightened using a string tie to ensure the perfect fit and maximum comfort.

To prevent any damage to the gros grain material, it's essential to tighten the laces correctly. We recommend holding the ends of both laces between two fingers of one hand and using the other hand's fingers to pull them upward in the same direction, bringing them close together.

If the size that the buyer receives isn't the good one, the seller will send a replacement of a smaller or bigger size at his expenses. The replacement will only be sent when the initial pair has been returned. From the second replacement on, the shipping costs will be born by the buyer. 

Reimbursement will take place within thirty days following cancellation at the latest.

The Buyer will return the ordered articles at the latter's expense. Returns outside the EU should be sent with DHL in order to avoid any taxes or costum fees, these costs will not be born by the Seller. 

The Buyer cannot benefit from the latter's right of withdrawal for articles made according to the latter's specifications and directives (customised articles) or which, due to the type thereof, cannot be re-delivered or may rapidly deteriorate or expire.

If the goods are not returned in time or without advising the Seller in time, as per the Sellers conditions, the goods will not be refunded and will only be returned to the Buyer at the Buyer's expenses. 



All elements of, in particular literary, graphical, audio, photographic and electronic data are owned by LOLO Ballerina or partners thereof and protected by intellectual property rights.

Any reproduction or transfer, save for exceptions exhaustively acknowledged by law and LOLO Ballerina express and written agreement, is banned and may be submitted to civil and criminal sanctions on the grounds of infringement.



The Buyer's personal data is processed in compliance with the law of December 8, 1992 on the protection of private life as regards processing personal data.



The Buyer declares having consulted all information on an article prior to purchasing and that the said article fully complies with his/her request.

Photographs which illustrate the online catalogue are not contractual and may be modified at any time. LOLO Ballerina shall not be held responsible if a photograph does not comply and/or is inaccurate.



Each online purchase is confirmed by email within 24 hours subsequently to placing an order. This confirmation includes: 

  • A description of the order;
  • Information on the after-sales service and possible existing commercial warranties;
  • As applicable, the paid invoice subject to acceptance of the banking transaction by the Buyer's bank.



LOLO the ballerina’s sale offer is only valid for available stock. However, the Buyer will be informed within 48 hours subsequently to ordering if an article is not available. The Buyer would then be entitled to cancel his/her order and i) obtain reimbursement of amounts paid within 30 days at the latest subsequently to settlement thereof or ii) exchange the article.



Any claims relating to an online purchase shall be filed within 48 hours subsequently to order delivery under penalty of being inadmissible.

All claims shall be sent by email to the following address:; they will include the relevant article's reference and precise reasons for the claim.



The Buyer is hereby informed that LOLO Ballerina’s liability shall be limited to the order amount in all events, whatever the type of prejudice.

In the event of non-performance, LOLO Ballerina’s liability may not be committed if such lack of or incorrect performance of the sale agreement is attributable either to the Buyer or to an unpredictable and insurmountable action by a third party who is not party to the sale, or a force majeure event.



In the event of any dispute relating to the application hereof, LOLO Ballerina and the Buyer agree to have Belgian law applied and attribute power of jurisdiction to the Courts of the Brussels legal district.



Why do we use your personal data?

We will use your personal data to send you marketing offers, information surveys and invitations through e-mails. For the best experience we will provide you with recommend products, send you reminders of products left in your shopping bag, back in stock alerts if subscribed, and send you personalized offers.

What types of personal data do we process?

We will process following categories of personal data: contact information such as e-mail address, telephone number and postal code, what products and offers you have clicked on. If you have a LOLO Ballerina account we will also process your personal data submitted in relation to the account and membership such as name, address, and shopping history.

What is the legal ground to process your personal data? The processing of your personal data is based on your consent when you agree to direct marketing.

Right to rectification: You have the right to request rectification of your personal data if they are incorrect, including the right to have incomplete personal data completed. If you have Lolo Ballerina account you can edit your personal data under your account and membership pages.

Right to erasure: You have the right to erase any personal data processed by LOLO Ballerina at any time.

Right to object to direct marketing: You have the right to object to direct marketing, including profiling analysis made for direct marketing purposes.

How long do we save your data?

We will keep your data for direct marketing until you withdraw your consent.
